The have been talks from Blizzard about a "Forced" server split on Hyjal. With the overwhelming number of people coming back to the game and the recent Xfer's, Blizzard opened up free server transfers to selected servers. If the amount is not satified then they will split the current population.
Thoughts?

I don't plan on leaving Hyjal anytime soon. So, if the server does have to split, I think we should pick a Central Time Zone server. This may seem selfish on my part, but it would be a good neutral zone for our east and west coast guildies (plus kudos to us mid-westerners!).
Meh, I just hope it doesn't happen, and, if it does, I hope it doesn't seperate us bunnies! =O

As far as I know, if the server is split, Blizzard won't be splitting up any guilds. We might lose some people on our friends lists, but I doubt they would cut a guild in half just to free up space. If they do force a server split on Hyjal the whole guild might be moved to the new server but that would be it. We could move the guild by ourselves, of course we'd lose any guildies who haven't been on for a long time and we'd be smaller. Personally I don't think it will come to that. Blizzard has mentioned splits like that before, and Hyjal has always been listed but they have never had to resort to a forced split. But we'll see.
