So, we've gained a few, and lost a few members these past few weeks. It can be hard, now that our guild is getting pretty big, to keep up with everyone. Sometimes there seems to be a split between the lower lvl members and the "higher" lvl ones. The thing is, we're all trying to lvl. I try not to feel guilty for leaving some of the lower ones behind. I know that I would love help from the guild too... walk me through my quests... kill stuff really fast for me. But I wont feel bad. We all do a lot for each other. At least to me it feels like we all help if and when we can. I congratulate all of us lvling up together, lower and higher toons, even if we're together only in guild chat.
For all of us "higher" level members, keep up your leveling, we have some raiding to do together. "Lower" lvl members, keep working hard at lvling up, we need you too. We will help if we are not busy. Ask if you need to, but dont forget we all pay to play this game and have fun... not work... so if we cannot offer our help to you today, maybe another day.
About instances... with many more of us lvling far beyond UBRS, ST, SM, and VC (lol), I hope that soon we can start doing our Bunny thing in Citadel, and other Outlandy places...I think CoT is calling us too.
[Side note: I would love to see us get organized for instance running on Fridays or better- If any of you would like to run an instance, please post it in guild a day or two in advance so that we can get as many people involved as possible - until we can get a guild calender up] - I will check into any newer guild calendar mods for ingame, to help us keep track... but like we can all do this too.

FYI: I just uploaded the newest version of group calendar from curse-gaming.com ... it's ready to be filled... send me ingame tell or mail for dates and times, and group make up if you need me to schedule stuff for you.. better yet, download it for urself. Using same VB channel and password as before. If anyone wants to see what runs they can sign up for send me a tell. K thanks.

That sounds great! I don't see BAH coming back for a while so Group Calendar should work fine! I also like Group Calendar's online interface. It seems to have worked well for BAH (up til patch 1.12 anyway). I'll try to log on soon and put up a run for Hellfire Ramparts tonight.
BTW, tonight I'm pulling an all-nighter doing quests, instances, etc. I even have one that I'd like to finish from Blasted Lands (the one you get from the Fallen Hero). I just have to kill the big ogre using the special sword thing and then kill those three demons and I'm done (I think?). Anywho, that should provide decent exp even now. I also think that a few other guildies also have this quest.
