That's where you download Guild Event Manager, and here's the wonderful process by which you set it up due to our wonderful Teagan:

Once you have GEM loaded as an add-on, open the interface by clicking the icon near the mini-map.

Click on the Options tab. You may want to leave the default channel by selecting it and clicking "Remove". On some servers, people advertise trade skills and "open" events in the default channel.

In the little input areas right above the add, update and remove buttons, type in:

vorpalbunnies as the channel and blowme as the password. Click Add.

You've now joined the VB channel. You should be able to click over to events and see scheduled events (for all channels you're subscribed to) and sign up. I added one, but I'm not sure it will show up until at least one other person signs in.

Under new you can create a new event. Whoever creates the event owns it. Pretty simple. You can set group size and class requirements if you want.

As a side note, this should be added to our "official add-ons" that everyone (that wants to do instance runs with us) should have.

Please download it and install asap if you would like to get a run going!
