Here's a short list of the add-ons I currently use since patch 2.0

I'm looking for a nice damage meter. Any recommendations?
For those unfamiliar with the last four mods, here ya go:
EquipCompare simply compares what you have moused over to what you have equipped. So if you put your mouse over a fancy schmancy chest armor (Isbeth) it will pop up with a side-by-side comparison of what you currently have equipped.
ZHunter Mod is GREAT for hunters. All it does is it adds some more bars to the screen for you to play with. They're hideable and movable and resizeable and all sorts of other great attributes. It now comes with an "auto-strip" button, which I use quite often. ^^
Wardrobe2 is exactly what it says, its a wardrobe mod for all your special combinations of gear. Still a few bugs in it but it works.
Grids is a really low-profile healing mod. All it does is it puts everyone in your raid or party into a grid. Each person has a colored box indicating his/her health and ailments (diseases, poisons, etc).

Atlas - Displays a map, location guide (boss locations and the like), and level range of any instance.
BonusScanner - Moderately irrelevant now with Blizzard's new character screen interface, but it's nice to see all my pluses and bonuses listed in one place (requires Titan Panel)
CTMod - Tons of cool features. Pretty much a requirement for any player.
CTRaid - More tons of cool features. Pretty much a requirement for any raider.
EquipCompare
Fizzwidget Gemologist - A very low-key mod; places an information line in the tooltip of gems (Shadowgem, Lesser Moonstone, etc) telling you what kind of mineral vein has a chance of dropping it.
Fizzwidget Hunter's Helper - Adds a line on the tooltip of beasts, listing the skills they have (charge rank 3, etc) and if you're a Hunter, whether you know it yet. Also includes a database of abilities, the monsters that can teach it to you, what zone the monster is in, and what level range the monster comes in, all accessable ingame.
Guild Event Manager - Once configured, allows guild leaders/officers to set times and dates for guild events (raids, meetings, etc).
KLH Threat Meter - Allows you to see your ranking of hate against a mob. Mostly useful only on bosses, it works best if everyone in the raid has it.
QuestRepeat - If you do lots of repeat turn-ins (runecloth to the quartermasters, armor scraps in AV, etc) This will speed up the process considerably.
Character Profiler - for use on the VB website.
Titan Panel - adds one or more tiny bars on the top or bottom of your screen, configurable with all sorts of useful info (current ammo count, current X/Y coordinates, current repair state of your armor, etc).
